odtオープンオフィスドキュメントはそのままではkindleに送れない

結論から言うと、キンドル３Ｇは便利です。
+コストパフォーマンスも良好です。
どこででもGoogleニュースなどネットができます。
+バッテリーの持ちも大変素晴らしいです。
軽く一週間は充電不要です。
(スマートフォンは飽くまで電話。HYBRID W-ZERO3なんか液晶で電池がすぐなくなる。電池切れして連絡つかなくなって仕事を逃しては、もともこもない。)
+Gmailも送信できます。(英文メールですが。)
+無線LAN経由で読みたい記事を簡単に突っ込める(３Ｇ経由は有料)
ただ、ちょっとファイル形式に注意が必要です。
オープンオフィスドキュメントはそのままではkindleに送れないです。なので、Ubuntuで使うには、pdfに出力することになります。
そのままではバラバラに保存されてしまうウェブファイルを単一ファイルで保存してくれるmht。もとはウィンドウズにおいてのみの形式ですが、ubuntuでもfirefoxのアドオンで快適に使えます。しかし、これが、kindleのメールサーバでは認識されない。htmかhtmlの拡張子でないといけない。
また、jpgとかは、そのままでUSB経由で突っ込んでも、認知されない。マンガを読む人とかが使うzip形式というcbz形式で圧縮してまとめてあげると、認識してくれます。
ファイル名がアルファベットでなかったりしても失敗したりします。

で、失敗するとメールが送られてきます。
メールデーモンさんでなくて、AmazonKindleSupportから。
